My name is Emily, and I'm a proud mom and Pittsburgh native who believes in the power of relationships and the importance of empowering people in the communities we serve. My mission is to create meaningful impact—one connection, one story, and one initiative at a time.

I’m a people-first leader who leads by example and never hesitates to roll up my sleeves. As a naturally curious and intrinsically motivated communicator, I bring both creativity and strategy to everything I do. I believe in equipping others with the tools and support they need to grow, always giving credit before taking it. At my core, I’m a helper, a doer, and above all, a good human.

With a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Bethany College in West Virginia, I later earned my MBA from Duquesne University in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.

While pursuing my MBA, my passion for the sports industry led to a marketing internship with the Pittsburgh Steelers, which launched a 10-year career in the NFL.

In 2017, I made the leap from the NFL to Miami, seeking new challenges and opportunities for growth. Since then, the personal and professional development I’ve experienced has been nothing short of transformative. I’ve held leadership roles across various industries, including quick-service restaurants, healthcare, commercial real estate, professional services, finance, nonprofit, hospitality, and fitness.
